In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.

To allow us to discuss with you and serve you better, please provide your Skype ID in addition to your contact Phone number when you open a ticket. We will respond to you as soon as possible through this ticket system and Skype. Due to time zone differences, please understand that we may not be able to discuss with you over Skype/Phone during your business hours. Skype is the preferred communication method because desktop sharing is required for demonstration/training.

If you are applying for a demo account to try LiveParcels, please state your business expectation/requirements in your ticket. This allows us to determine if LiveParcels will fit your business or not and also provide additional information/guidance that will be useful for your test.
